This little man was my very first newborn I ever got to shoot! He turned one this last Saturday *sniff sniff* and is practically all grown up. We had a blast , he was all smiles– except for when he got that cupcake when he felt he had to be sneaky and enjoy it on his own! Don’t worry buddy, it’s your day… you enjoy the cupcake

This little man holds such a special place in my heart, and for some reason *wink* whenever I make chocolate chip cookies, I can’t help but smile and think of him. Love you little guy.. hope we get to see you soon!

Austin is a teen from our church and part of an amazing family I had the honor of photographing last fall. I (sweetly) refer to him as a gentle giant– somewhat shy, totally sweet, and HUGE. Forget about a step stool, I needed a ladder to properly photograph him!

We had a blast re-discovering this “secret spot”  that I had found in downtown Worcester last year with Tom on the way to a Matisyahu concert! Austin got a good laugh at my attempt to parallel park. I hate to admit it, but I fit the “woman can’t parallel park stereotype” to a T. I need one of those cars that does it for me.

To celebrate our last day of Florida vacation we decided to head over to a U-Pick citrus grove for a couple hours of lazy picking. We went all over the farm and got the tastiest, juciest grapefruit, oranges and honey tangerines (which we are still enjoying our first days home!) This day was such a HOOT!

There’s a trick us photographers use to get little ones to giggle like no tomorrow and it’s so simple.. “okay, no smiling.. just be serious!” And inevitably, the giggles come spilling out. But this little one was determined to get it down, and boy, was she ever.. and she is SERIOUSLY gorgeous! Um, her dad is going to have a very busy time keeping the boys away

Umm, what can I say… save these for her husband! This one was a little goofball and so very comfortable in front of the camera!
